Returns & Exchanges

At Smoke One, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
